ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – The Iva Police Department said a person was arrested after they allegedly stabbed themself.
On Monday February 9, officers responded to a call of a reported stabbing at Park drive within the Town of Iva. Upon arrival, the officer on scene cleared the area for EMS to render aid to the victim. The victim was then flown by LifeFlight to a nearby medical facility.
