FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — A judge is weighing whether to order medical records and blood samples preserved as evidence in the second-degree murder case against the man accused of killing a Forsyth County sheriff’s deputy in a March 7 crash.
Bryan Castillo, 20, appeared in Forsyth County Superior Court on Wednesday for a motion hearing before Judge David Hall. Attorneys on both sides asked the court to obtain and preserve records and blood samples from Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist.
