Belleville Mayor Michael Melham appears to have filed a harassment complaint earlier this month, the NJ Courts site shows.
The man posted a photograph of the mayor’s house and published his home address, and then digitally altered his property to resemble an ICE detention facility, as previously reported by Daily Voice.
The mayor says he is no stranger to physical and verbal attacks, having previously reported them to the police or worked with private security, and celebrated on social media when a judge found there was probable cause to proceed with the complaint, a petty disorderly persons offense…
