Watch: Car crashes into government building after chain-reaction collision

Video obtained by WWMT shows a car slamming into the Kalamazoo County, Michigan, Administration Building last month. The crash happened shortly before 3 P.M. on February 21. Surveillance video shows a car making an abrupt right turn in front of the building, colliding with another car, throwing it off-course before it crashes directly into the building. A second video shows another angle of the crash from within the building. According to Kalamazoo Police, the driver who made the initial turn was cited for reckless driving, while the driver who crashed into the building was not charged.
