During the Sevier County Board of Commissioners meeting, Mayor Waters presented the Summit Award to K.J. Wilder of Kodak. The Summit Award is the highest rank in the Venturing program of Scouting America and is earned by very few participants nationwide.
K.J. is the first recipient from Sevier County and the eighth in the Great Smoky Mountain Council.
