SEYMOUR, Tenn. — Chapman Highway was closed in both directions near Boyds Creek Highway due to a crash on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Seymour Volunteer Fire Department.
SVFD said multiple people were injured, and the Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to the scene to investigate.
A report from the THP said 38-year-old Sarah Finchum is facing charges for failure to obey a traffic control device.
