Health tech company relocating HQ to Cobb County, Kemp says, adding 500 jobs

COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Governor Brian Kemp’s office announced on Wednesday that healthcare technology company Glytec, which specializes in diabetes and insulin management, would relocate its headquarters to Cobb County.

The new HQ for the company will be at 2300 Windy Ridge Parkway, a release from the Governor’s Office said. The company is currently headquartered in the Boston area.

Governor Kemp said Glytec would add 500 jobs “over the next several years” in relocating to Cobb County. The company, the release said, was originally founded by a Georgia physician. Their clients include several with significant presences in metro Atlanta, including Grady, Piedmont and Wellstar…
