Crestwood Medical Center CEO Justin Serrano announced this week that he is stepping down from his position to take a similar position in Naples, Florida.
Serrano has been CEO at Crestwood since December of 2024 when he took over for Matthew Banks.

Serrano’s resignation is effective March 27, after which time he will take over as CEO of Physicians Regional Medical Center-Collier Boulevard in Naples, Florida.
Serrano’s new position is actually a return to the Sunshine State, as he came to Huntsville in 2024 from Santa Rosa Medical Center in Milton, Florida, where he served as Chief Operating Officer from 2022 to 2023, and then as CEO from 2023 to 2024…
