Allegheny County police officers are suing the county in federal court to settle a dispute over their rate of overtime pay.
Of the approximately 211 members of the Allegheny County Police Association union, 113 are listed as plaintiffs in the suit filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
