ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Lollypop Farm says its humane investigators seized four dogs and recovered one dead dog at a home on Third Street Wednesday.
Lollypop Farm says at around 2 p.m. Wednesday, humane investigators were dispatched to the home following a request from Rochester Police, who were there investigating a criminal trespass complaint.
Police say they saw an animal in distress and contacted Lollypop Farm. Humane investigators contacted the person living there to get permission to go inside the home…
