If you haven’t peeped at the news recently, you might have missed the grand opening of the capital city’s newest breakfast eatery. It’s official — the breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant-chain Le Peep is open in the former Yasou Cafe.
On Jan. 5 the former Mediterranean restaurant on 3551 Blair Stone Road announced that its doors were closing after five years of operation. In its announcement it also teased a new concept on the horizon with a “different rhythm” at a “different time of day.” In came Le Peep.
