Plan for 19-story skyscraper with 225 apartments advances in Worcester

The Worcester Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday voted to advance a proposal for a 19-story skyscraper on 56 Pleasant St. with 225 apartment units.

The development firm behind the proposal is the New York-based Radson Development. Donald O’Neil, a lawyer representing Radson, appeared before the board on Monday, seeking relief to build closer to the front of the property than the city’s law allows.
