AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – Complaints have been filed against two people arrested for alleged involvement in a February shooting in the Don Harrington Discovery Center parking lot, both for the shooting itself and a crash that happened afterward.
Court documents said 18-year-old Sean Maes was accused of eight counts of alleged aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. 24-year-old Adreanna Anaya was accused of one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
As noted in previous reports, Anaya was arrested after crashing a car into a home in west Amarillo after the shooting. Police alleged she was trying to evade them at the time of the wreck. The new alleged charge against Anaya stems from injuries received by a person who was inside the home during the crash. Documents said that person had broken bones in their feet and back.
Court records show that Anaya’s initial charge of Evading in a Motor Vehicle Causing Bodily Injury is still pending…
