A 20-year-old Cedar Rapids man was arrested Wednesday on a federal warrant for illegal possession of a machine gun, according to a news release from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
About 11:30 a.m., the U. S. Marshals Office contacted the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and DeWitt police about a man believed to be in DeWitt who was wanted on a federal warrant, the release says.
