JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A bill that would make it a crime to knowingly misuse tenants’ utility payments is on its way to the governor’s desk.
On Thursday, the House of Representatives concurred with changes made to H.B. 1404, on a vote of 100-14-8.
The measure will now go to Gov. Tate Reeves for his signature…
