NORMAN, Okla. (KOKH) — The City of Norman is considering a tax rebate proposal to help Sooner Mall remain viable as communities nationwide grapple with declining retail centers.
City leaders say the mall continues to serve as a major economic driver, generating more than $60 million in annual sales and attracting about 2 million visitors each year.
