SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Springfield man has been arrested after being accused of driving a 3-year-old victim after drinking two bottles of liqueur on Tuesday, March 17.
According to online court dockets, Jake Barcelles, born in 2004, has been charged with a felony of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk and with a misdemeanor of DWI – person less than 17 years of age in a vehicle.
