MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Two former state office buildings are going up for sale in downtown Madison.
The buildings on South Webster Street near the Eno Vino Restaurant and Capital Fitness will go on sale in June.
The state says the sale is part of its “Vision 2030” plan to shrink its real estate footprint and save taxpayers money…
