REPUBLIC, Mo. (KY3) – Republic has opened a new city hall at a cost of just over $6 million, bringing city departments together after years of operating out of five separate buildings.
City staff have moved into the new facility. Mayor Eric Franklin said the consolidation improves service delivery for residents.
“Having everything under one roof here is something that we haven’t had for a very long time,” Mayor Franklin said. “And as we grow, providing those services and giving them, you know, in professional and equality manner for our citizens, this allows us to simply walk down the hall.”…
