CALDWELL, Idaho — Drivers in Caldwell should plan for significant changes to their I-84 commute.
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) is preparing to close the eastbound ramps at the 10th Avenue interchange for about three months, beginning March 25. The closures will allow crews to rebuild the ramps and tie them into new lanes on I-84 as part of a multi-year widening project through Caldwell.
