EUGENE, Ore. — Drivers in Eugene are being urged to find another way around a crash that has shut down a busy off-ramp on OR Hwy 569, ODOT reported around 6:15 p.m. Wednesday.
The eastbound Exit 13 off-ramp on OR 569, also known as the Beltline, is closed due to a crash.
