LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Las Vegas police arrested a man they say allegedly shot and killed his ex-girlfriend Tuesday afternoon, according to Metro police.
Las Vegas Metro police arrested Jorge Garcia, 33, on a charge of open murder with a deadly weapon, records showed.
On Tuesday, around 3:30 p.m., Metro police received a call from a woman who said her boyfriend was threatening her with a gun. A 911 operator remained on the line with the woman, and a brief conversation between her and her boyfriend turned into an argument before the phone call disconnected, police said.
