NISKAYUNA — Police are continuing to investigate a deadly head-on, multicar crash along Route 7 that killed a woman late Monday night.
The woman, who was driving one of the cars involved in the wreck, was taken to Ellis Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
Police have not disclosed her identity…
