ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) — Sentencing is scheduled for Friday for a teenager charged in a deadly 2023 shooting at the Village Barber and Beauty shop on Second Avenue.
The suspect was 15 years old at the time of the shooting, and his name is not being released because of his age. He pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter. He faces 3 1/3 to 10 years in prison.
