FAIRFAX, Va. (7News) — The Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office confirms to 7News that an illegal immigrant who is now accused of stabbing a woman to death at a bus stop was picked up by ICE in 2018, but still wound up back in Virginia.
Jeff McKay, chair of the board of supervisors for Fairfax County, first told us Tuesday that Sheriff Stacy Kinkaid had turned over Abdul Jalloh to ICE in 2018.
