On March 17, 2026, emergency crews responded to the 2200 block of 7 Avenue West in Bradenton for a hazardous condition shortly after a structure fire was reported nearby. Units including Battalion 4, Engines 411 and 412, Tower 419, EMS Alpha 6, and Bradenton Police were notified.
Upon arrival, Engine 412 reported an active gas leak and fire at the electric meter outside a home. Several nearby homes were evacuated due to the gas leak.
