Mediation is scheduled to be set to see if a resolution can be reached in the case against murder suspect Anthony Moore and in the meantime, a trial date has been set.
Moore appeared in Christian Circuit Court Wednesday morning alongside public defender Daniel Sherman, who requested the court go ahead and set a trial date in this case, as he and the Commonwealth Attorney look to undergo mediation.
So, Judge John Atkins set a trial date for September 28 and 29, with the hope this case would be resolved before that date…
