MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A Cumberland County animal rescue is sharing the story of a dog found abandoned in a crate overnight.
Speranza Animal Rescue says on Wednesday morning at 4:30, a volunteer found a young dog left in freezing cold temperatures.
