DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Two people were sent to the hospital when a driver leading a high-speed chase throughout Dauphin County crashed into them last week, according to police.
Jamaal Carter, 31, of Harrisburg, allegedly told police he was trying to get away because he thought he was wanted for a terroristic threats incident in New Jersey, the charging officer said in the criminal complaint.
The charging documents show an officer spotted Carter while he was driving a 2016 Ford Edge fast along Colorado Avenue, a little before 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 12. The Ford he was driving also had an illegal window tint.
