Vendors in the spring and fall bike rallies will be able to get longer permits to sell their wares.
The Horry County Council Tuesday night, March 17 gave first reading approval to extending the vendor permits for those two events from seven to 10 days.
The cost to get a special event permit for those rallies is going up, too…
