Gallatin woman charged after reported attempt to run over youths

A Gallatin woman is facing charges of assault and reckless endangerment after reportedly being linked to a pair of incidents earlier this month, including one in which she allegedly tried to strike juveniles with her vehicle.

Marianna Bianna Foster, 23, was first cited by the Hendersonville Police Department on March 4, after officers were called to the Cracker Barrel on Indian Lake Boulevard. According to court records, a customer paying her bill was told by the cashier she had forgotten her phone, but was accidentally passed one belonging to Foster, who was working at the restaurant.

Foster allegedly confronted the woman in the parking lot, who returned the phone after realizing it was the wrong one. Foster then reportedly slapped the woman in the face…
