Nob Hill tenants say they need more help nearly one month after fatal fire

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Nearly a month after dozens of neighbors were forced from their homes at Nob Hill, some tenants say the upheaval is far from over — and they are still struggling to get answers from the apartment management and city leaders.

Some displaced residents who have been relocated to Building Two say conditions there are getting worse, adding to their frustration as they try to rebuild stability.

“The apartment’s okay, but it’s empty. I have two mattresses and two chairs, and that’s it for my children and me,” tenant Melissa O’Hare said…
