PENDER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – Topsail High School experienced two separate restroom sewage backups in the span of two weeks, prompting a response from Pender County Environmental Health and concerns from students and parents.
School leaders said the first backup occurred last week and a second happened on Tuesday, March 17. In both cases, staff responded and cleaned the affected areas, and school operations continued.
