NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A defense attorney asked for a mistrial Wednesday in the alleged staged car wreck scheme case.
A lawyer for alleged conspirator Diamanike Stalbert said the FBI did not hand over a written statement and that she did not get to fairly question a witness on the stand on Wednesday (March 18).
