ST. LOUIS — A man was charged with murder in connection with the fatal shooting of a woman in the Carr Square neighborhood.
On Tuesday, 18-year-old Ervin Cage Jr. was taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon and two counts of armed criminal action in connection with the shooting death of Raykel Thompson.
