PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Portland Fire responded to a ruptured gas line in Southeast Portland late Wednesday morning.
According to PF&R, the homes near the area of 4000 SE Crystal Springs Blvd. were evacuated while NW Natural responds to halt the gas flow.
