Samford University has fresh bragging rights after being named among the most beautiful college campuses in the country by U.S. News & World Report.
The university located in Homewood is the only Alabama institution on the list of 35. U.S. News writers highlighted Samford’s Reconciliation Memorial, stainless-steel obelisk, towering oak trees, water features, and Georgian-Colonial styled buildings as elements that distinguish the 247-acre campus.
