COLUMBIA, S.C. — The South Carolina Attorney General’s office announced additional charges against a couple already accused in a vulnerable adult neglect case, including a new charge tied to another death.
According to the Attorney General’s Office, Cynthia Kelly and Reginald Kelly were served additional arrest warrants by the office’s Vulnerable Adults and Medicaid Provider Fraud (VAMPF) unit. The new charges follow initial arrest warrants served on March 3, 2026.
