Family and friends are mourning a Reynoldsburg man they say was killed in a hit-and-run last week after he was struck several times while crossing East Main Street.
Workers at Sargam Restaurant and Bar were preparing Nepali specialties, thinking of 37-year-old Duk Guragai who was killed March 12 as he crossed the street.
“He had a kind of energy, ” said Kumar Adhikari, who owns the restaurant. “He never yelled at anybody, he never got mad.”…
