Phenix City may have another shopping center coming, but it’s too early to say a location since discussions have just begun. However, if this project comes to fruition, it promises to be the largest of its kind in Phenix City.
A Memorandum of Understanding agreement with Willow Capital Parters, LLC, which has proposed a retail shopping center in the city, was presented at Monday’s work session and was to be voted on Tuesday, after Citizen press time.
