FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE) – Authentic Cuban food can be found right here in the Central Valley at a popular food truck.
“This is not fast food, but we do make it fast. This is home cooking. If you come and eat my food, you’re going to think that mom or grandma cooked for you. And that’s the way we want it to be. It’s always going to stay that way,” said Lazaro Santana.
Lazaro is the owner and chef of Havana Café, located at Shaw and Blackstone Avenues in North Fresno. For the past four years he’s been serving up dishes from his Cuban heritage.
