The Polk County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of 28-year-old Jose Enrique Navarro, Jr. of Lakeland. Around 5:30 PM on Tuesday, March 17, a deputy stopped his Mercedes Benz on I-4 eastbound near Exit 28 in Lakeland. Navarro admitted he knew he could not drive due to a suspended license from a prior DUI on January 10.
