RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Richmond’s Zoning Advisory Council met Wednesday to discuss the city’s ongoing effort to overhaul its zoning code for the first time since the 1970s — and not everyone is satisfied with who is at the table.
The advisory council is a non-voting subcommittee of the Planning Commission, made up of lawyers, city planning experts and developers spread across Richmond.
