Homicide investigators in Ventura have closed a nearly 10-year-old cold case murder of a 38-year-old man found bleeding and passed out after being shot.
Officers with the Ventura Police Department responded to the 400 block of South Evergreen Drive just after 10:30 a.m. on March 20, 2016, after receiving a 911 call from a woman reporting that her friend was bleeding and unresponsive.
