NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa (KCRG) – Drivers on Interstate 380 near North Liberty will see a traffic change for construction starting Thursday night.
I-380 at Penn Street (at approximately mile marker 6) will switch to a head-to-head configuration around 10:00 p.m. Thursday. This will be in place until October.
