The City of Arlington’s Community Tool Program has earned statewide recognition from the Code Enforcement Association of Texas for its innovative approach to helping residents improve their neighborhoods. The award was presented during CEAT’s 41st Annual Conference in El Paso the week of February 12, 2026.
