FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Despite a federal judge’s recent ruling that the display of the Ten Commandments in public schools in the Natural State is unconstitutional, they are staying up at the University of Arkansas.
A spokesperson told KNWA/FOX24 on Tuesday that the university is not a party to the case, and the ruling applies only to K-12 public school districts.
