Woman booked, accused of trying to sell gun used in Tremé restaurant shooting, records show

NEW ORLEANS — A woman accused of attempting to sell a gun used in the deadly shooting at Dooky Chase’s Restaurant earlier this year was booked on charges Thursday, court records show.

Ke’shone Bourgeois, 21, has been booked on charges of accessories after the fact of a second-degree murder and obstruction of justice.

Mahaki Kelly, 18, and Anthony Johnson, 22, were booked in the Jan. 16 shooting. Kelly is accused of opening fire inside the restaurant, killing 19-year-old Kareem Harris and injuring three restaurant patrons. Police believe Johnson served as Kelly’s getaway driver after the shooting…
