Drive-thru coffee outfit 7 Brew is lining up a new shop on Hampton Avenue in St. Louis’ Cheltenham neighborhood, with plans to knock down a long-running fast-food building near Interstate 64 and replace it with the chain’s signature double-lane drive-thru. If the city signs off on the permits, the spot would become 7 Brew’s second location inside the St. Louis city limits.
