The city of Rockford and the Illinois Department of Transportation will host an open house to discuss possible improvements to South Alpine Road.
The meeting is scheduled for 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Forest City Church, 1280 S. Alpine Road, according to a community announcement.
